Orders are dispatched from various locations. The shipments are fully tracked—with frequent updates

Order Processing

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before they ship out. Please remember shipping time doesn't include these processing days.

For items marked as “pre-order”, please check the ship-out date on the product page.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order, please verify that the information is correct before submitting your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes

International Orders

Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel once your order is shipped. Please allow 2-3 days for the tracking link to start showing shipping information.

Note: Once an order is shipped it we are unable to process a cancellation request.

Important Notice for Sales and Holiday Seasons

During our exciting occasional sales events, such as Black Friday and the Christmas period, we tend to receive a high volume of orders. This might cause a slight delay in processing and shipping your orders. Please bear with us as shipping times could be extended to 3-7 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these busy times. Thank you for shopping with us!

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. GMHB is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
